Academic Registration for Bachelor’s and Professional Bachelor’s Programs

Online Academic Registration – 2020-2021 – L1 and L2

Academic registration for the second semester will be open from January 7 to January 11, 2021 and will follow the timeline below. This phase of registration also aims at placing students in groups (A or B). When a group is assigned to you, you will keep the same letter (A or B). We insist on the importance of complying with the alphabetical order used for the academic registration timeline.

When to apply ?

L1 (last names from A to J): from January 7 (at 3:00 pm) to January 8 (at 11:59 am)
L1 (last names from K to Z): on January 11 (from 10:00 am to 11:59 pm)

L2 (last names from A to J): from January 7 (at 2:00 pm) to January 8 (at 11:59 am)
L2 (last names from K to Z): on January 11 (from 9:00 am to 11:59 pm)

Students who do not apply following the alphabetical order will have their registration automatically canceled.

Example:  You are a student in L1 and your last name starts with K: you should register on January 11 starting at 10:00 am and not on January 7. If you register on January 7, your registration will be cancelled by the administrative staff during the verification phase. This is why it is important to follow the timeline mentioned above.

The same number of slots and the same timetables are available to students whose last names begin with A-J and K-Z.

Online Academic Registration – 2020-2021 – L3

Academic registration for the second semester takes place online for L3 students.

When to apply ?

From January 8 (at 1:00 pm) to January 10 (at 11:59 pm)

How to apply ?

The portal can be accessed using the following link (do not use the ENT): https://ipweb.app.u-paris.fr/ipweb/

  1. The brochures with class schedules will be available on January 4, 2021 at https://psychologie.u-paris.fr/vie-etudiante-scolarite/guide-des-etudes-et-brochures/
or on Moodle (by following the path: Informations scolarité Licence / Informations générales / Inscriptions pédagogiques / Brochures des horaires)
  2. Create various potential timetables by choosing a lecture and tutorial for each course. Ensure that your classes do not overlap when you create your timetable.
  3. To create your timetable, log on to the ENT (Menu Scolarité/ Inscriptions pédagogiques).
  4. Confirm your registration by clicking on the button contrat pédagogique (academic contract). Remember to send yourself a copy of your timetable by e-mail and ensure that the information is correct. For each course, the lectures and tutorials and the corresponding days and times must appear. If the day and time are absent, this means that you are not registered for that course (the group is full). In this case, you must log on again and complete your timetable.

Note :

  • Academic registration cannot take place if tuition is not paid.
  • The academic registration portal is not compatible with smartphones and tablets.
  • Undergraduate students with a failed course will register in two stages: registration for the current year and a second registration for the failed classes of the previous year.
